Eighty-five percent of countries in Africa have a majority of people living in rural underserved areas with little or no access to primary health services.

Nurses are the backbone of health care in these rural areas where they live and care for their communities. However, they often lack the education and support needed to be as effective as possible.

Advance practice nurses have a documented record for providing cost effective quality health care and preventing the common causes of premature death:

  1. Neonatal complications

  2. Lower respiratory infections

  3. Diarrheal diseases

  4. HIV/AIDS

  5. Heart Disease and Stroke

Together we can improve health in rural Africa. Private donors cover our operating costs so whether you choose to join us by giving once or through our community of monthly givers, know that 100% of your generosity will be used to educate nurses in Africa.

A $50 monthly donation can pay for textbooks, housing, groceries, living expenses for a student.
